Extra Health and Extra Stamina add needed survivability and mobility. Purchase Extra Charge exactly when Assassinate (your ultimate) is unlocked.

Mid Game
Enduring Speed is essential, enhancing mobility for Flight (2) and improving roaming and farming capabilities. Kinetic Dash is very cost-effective but requires landing the Dash Jump for maximum ammo efficiency. Keep an eye on your stamina bar when dashing; it should flash blue, then jump to maintain ammo while in Flight.

Late Game
Fortitude not only adds tankiness but boosts movement speed, enhancing stealth and speed in Flight. Improved Burst amplifies Assassinate (4) execution capabilities. Superior Duration typically imbues Flight (2), though extending Crow Familiar (3)'s debuff duration can be beneficial if consistently landed.
